Arda Guler will win the game’s sole goal as an actual record away win to keep the title defense alive.

Arda Guler hit the only goal as Real Madrid won 1-0 at Getafe within four points of LaLiga leader Barcelona.

After Barcelona won the same scoreline in Mallorca on Tuesday, they fired from outside the area midway through the first half of Wednesday as Carlo Ancelotti’s team remained in the title race.

Archrivals Madrid and Barcelona met at the Copa del Rey Final in Seville on Saturday, with Kylian Mbappe poised to return from a weekend Clasico injury.

Absent from the outskirts of Madrid, 18-year-old Brazilian striker Endric began his first league start when England International Jude Bellingham fell to the bench.

Left-back Fran Garcia approached Madrid twice. His first effort was turned down by David Soria before blasting the rebound high and wide.

It didn’t take long for Goller to break the deadlock after Brahim Diaz seemed wasted his chance.

Madrid put the ball back into the gyaller. Guller flashed past Soria, a powerful 20-yard drive.

Endric thought he only scored the second Lariga goal after being passed by Vinicius’ junior, but Soria removed the stab wound from his shot and Jean cleared from the line.

Getafe created opportunities for herself. That best fell to the unmarked Mauro Arambarri in the second half.

Cotewa came to the rescue of Madrid at stop time as Peter and Juanmi tried to push the ball against the house from close range before suffocating into a six-yard box.

Getafe almost took the equalizer on death in place of Alvaro Rodriguez, who is on loan from Madrid, but saw his low shot beating up by Courtois.

Inaki Williams strengthened his chances of being directly qualified for the Champions League next season with a 1-0 victory over Las Palmas early on Wednesday.

The Basque side sat in fourth in five games, leaving fifth-placed Villarreal eight points away, losing 3-0 to Celta Vigo.

Bilbao also has the Europa League semi-finals against Manchester United. Once they win it, they play the final at their home stadium.

Five Lariga teams will compete in the Champions League this season. No. 6 Betis is the point behind Villarreal ahead of his encounter with Rockbottom Vallid on Thursday.

A five-minute goal from Elder Williams’ brother was enough to put on the defender in the box and all three points on the side foot home on the outside of the boots.

Bilbao needed two sharp saves from Spanish goalkeeper Unai Simon before halftime as Las Palmas, who was threatened by relegation, defeated the battle.
