Emily Blunt favored British high fashion in a self-portrait on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” on Wednesday night in New York City.

The Oscar-nominated “Oppenheimer” star wore a strapless crop top in shades of black with draped fabric and a bubble hemline, a nod to the continued revival of Y2K style and trends from two decades ago.

The top with a slightly plunging neckline was paired with high-waisted, fitted black pants. Blunt’s outfit’s monochrome color palette continued into her pointed-toe strappy Giuseppe Zanotti pumps.

When it comes to accessories, Blunt added a few statement pieces to her look, including earrings, a delicate necklace, and some rings. The Glam featured the actress’s hair pulled back into a low bun, her hair framed in a bun, and a clean make-up look. Blunt’s “Late Night” outfit was supervised by stylist Jessica Pastor.

Since the end of the press tour for The Devil Wears Prada 2, Blunt has returned to promote her new film, Disclosure Day. In recent weeks, Paystars has styled the actress in several pieces with contemporary inspiration and modern elements, in contrast to the archival and vintage pieces Blunt wore on the red carpet for The Devil Wears Prada 2.

At Monday night’s Disclosure Day premiere, Pastor selected a look for Blunt from Australian designer Tamara Ralph’s Spring 2026 Couture collection. The dress’s design includes a structured bodice with sharp angles and gold panels, reminiscent of Asia Lily Templeton’s “sharp folds inspired by paper art” described in WWD’s collection review.

Apart from Tamara Ralph, Pastor has dressed Blunt in looks from notable brands and fashion houses such as Stella McCartney and Alaia.

Disclosure Day, directed by Steven Spielberg, is about a group of people confronting the presence of extraterrestrial life. The film will be released in theaters on Friday.
