The judge overturns Han Duck Saw’s bullet each with the latest twist of the Saga, which was set out by Yoon Sook-Yeol’s martial law order.

The South Korean Constitutional Court has revived the ammo each with Prime Minister Han Dak Saw as acting president.

The South Korean Constitutional Court ruled that Han’s bluff should be rehabilitated to the nation’s highest office, with the eight-man justice taking into account Yoon, who took office after a temporary imposing martial law on December 3rd.

Five of the court judges found that despite the effectiveness of the perpetual motion against him, there was no sufficient basis to resilient Han, 75.

The two justice ruled that the parliamentary bluff movement was unjustified from the start, as it was supported by only 192 of the 300 lawmakers, rather than a two-thirds majority.

After being appointed proxy president following Yoon’s bluff each on December 14th, Han was suspended from his duties less than two weeks later, refusing to appoint three more justices to the Constitutional Court.

In a speech aired after the verdict, Han expressed his gratitude to the court for the “wise decision” and pledged to focus on navigating the geopolitical challenges his country faces.

“I believe that all citizens are clearly opposed to a highly polarized political realm. I don’t think there is a place for division right now. Our country’s priority is to move forward,” Han said.

The decision will be made as the Constitutional Court has not yet controlled control over whether to confirm Yoon’s bluff each or restore the presidential forces.

The court has been deliberating on Yun’s fate since mid-December, and the decision is widely expected to arrive within a few days.

At least six of the eight justices must endorse Yun’s blast each and remove him from the office forever.

If Yoon is stripped of his presidency, the election to choose his successor must be detained within 60 days.

Yoon faces separate criminal charges, including rebellion, in connection with his short-lived martial law.

He faces a maximum penalty of life or death penalty if convicted.
