Prosecutors have questioned the judge’s fairness in sparing Lebert’s prison time for his forced kiss on footballer El Mooso.

Spanish prosecutors have nullified and demanded that the trial of Chiefleis Luviales, the country’s former football federation, be re-executed due to his forced kiss on Jenni Hermoso.

The request came on Thursday after a top Spanish criminal court came last month after Luviales was found guilty of sexual assault on a kiss, and then the Spanish women’s football team won the World Cup, fined 10,800 euros ($11,370) and saved him prison by a sentence deemed to be lenient by feminist groups.

The sentence fell sufficiently to the prosecutor’s demands for a year for Rubierless, 18 months allegedly forced Hermoso to disregard the kiss, in a prison totaling two and a half years for the sake of Rubierless.

Hermoso has sued the sentence, which also forced clearing Rubiard and three other defendants.

In a statement, prosecutors said they were suing the sentence, declaring the trial null and invalid, saying it was “remained again by another judge who was not contaminated by the appearance of prejudice, to say the least.”

They said Judge Jose Manuel Fernandez Priette “unfairly” prevented prosecutor Marta Durantes from raising certain questions at the trial, and ignored some of the evidence. They also cited the “arbitrar nature” in the sentence.

Fernandez-Prieto attracted attention during trials due to his overstated attitude, frequently interrupting participants.

The repulsion unleashed by a kiss forced Rubiales to embark on the football federation in a fierce period as Hermoso rose to win her winner’s medal after Spain defeated England in the 2023 Women’s World Cup final in Sydney.

The trial captivated Spain and made Hermoso an icon of the fight against sexism in sports and macho culture.
