Brand Experience Agency Strata has appointed John Farrell as new non-executive chairman, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing growth journey.

The appointment follows strategic minority investments from Ethos Partners, and aims to accelerate Strata’s expansion, innovation and sector-wide integration services proposals.

Selected in his partnership with Ethos Partners, Farrell is a respected figure in the world of advertising, marketing services, digital, media and brand experiences.

His experiences include the success of the senior roles of Huntsworth, Oliver and Feed, as well as the $175 million exit from programme media company BLI.

John Farrell said: “Strata’s impressive growth and strategic acquisitions such as Event Production Co., Trinity Event Solutions and Element London have solidified its position as a leader in the integrated event and brand experience industry.”

He added: “We look forward to working with Strata’s talented team to continue to provide exceptional experiences to our clients based on this momentum.”

“We’re looking forward to seeing you in the future,” said Simon Hambley, group CEO of Strata. “This is a key moment for Strata. John’s experience and the gravity of the industry is essential to helping us in the next phase of our growth journey.
