Why do you think it’s important for creative leaders in our industry to come together now?

There are multiple reasons why it is important for creative leaders to join forces. Budgets are becoming increasingly tight, with audiences demanding more personalized and relevant experiences that can only be defined by data. Technology is changing the way everyone works. As we all face new challenges every day, it’s important that we are coming together to find ways to burst the bubbles of exclusivity and beat these challenges together.

Take a peek at what your session has to offer.

Not only do they have ideas, they share the right ideas in the process of ensuring that the concept remains intact no matter how rocky the path to delivery is.

What are the important ideas and takeaways that people hope to leave your session?

Hopefully the importance of a brilliantly written, inspiring simple brief.

It is the culmination of years of experience (to tweet) and distilled in 40 minutes of convenient bite-sized.

In your view, what are the biggest challenges faced by creative leaders today?

The pace of change.

How do you maintain your creative edge in a fast-paced industry like ours?

Open your mind, obsessively consume pop culture, continue to learn new skills, and work with amazing people.

What advice would you give to the next generation of creative leaders?

Learn to use AI as a tool rather than fear it as an enemy. Don’t stand still. Find time to grow and seek inspiration in amazing places.
