The Foreign Ministry, which lined up in the Sudan Army, later said the number of casualties “so far has reached 433 people, including infants.”

The Paris-based Sudan Tribune reported that RSF forces killed or injured dozens of people on Monday alone.

Residents cited by the media explained how the motorcycle RSF fighters incited and fired fire on people on the streets and inside the homes.

The reported attacks occur when the Sudanese government acquired the capital and its surrounding RSFs about 100 km (62 miles) north of Argitaina.

On Monday, the Army claimed it had regained control of the capital’s Abu Hamama district and dismantled the RSF checkpoint connecting to downtown.

The Anadolu news agency in Torkiye reports that Sudanese troops now control most of the southern regions of Khartoum.

Rival government plans

The RSF-aligned factions are preparing to sign the charter in Nairobi this week, declaring parallel governments in areas under RSF control.

However, the declaration of a “government of peace and unity” has been postponed.

Politician Fadlallah Burma Nasir, head of the National Umma Party which is split over whether to participate, said the signing of the charter had been put back to later in the week to allow for a fuller representation from rebel leader Abdelaziz al-Hilu’s SPLM-N .

Both sides are accused of abuse and war crimes.

On Tuesday, the UN Human Rights Office warned in a report that “entrenched immunity” was urging the country’s significant human rights violations and abuse as combat spreads to new regions.

The office warns that civilian deaths continue to rise as hostilities between rival parties escalate sharply, with the new report showing wider international quarrels that hinder accountability and the flow of weapons. I called for effort.
