Located at 66 Portland Place in central London, RIBA is scheduled to hold its third consecutive photo award on May 28th, 2025.
The event is one of the final events held at the Art Deco venue before a temporary closure as part of a two-year modernization program.
Now in its 11th year, EPA celebrates the extraordinary creativity of event suppliers, the importance and impact of events, and, above all, the incredible photographers who capture them.
This year’s competition attracted entries from over 20 countries around the world across 18 categories covering all areas of the event industry, from catering and cultural events to concerts and conferences.
The building’s Art Deco Florence Hall and the Liba Gallery feature images of over 100 finalists on display, allowing guests to vote for the People’s Choice Awards in the evening.
The ceremony will be preceded by drinks and foods offered by Blue Strawberry, the event caterer who served the special 10th anniversary “best ever” EPAS in January.

Event founding agents and sponsors work. They will also be providing staff in the evening in addition to the Vision Group, the production partner for the event.
“We’re looking forward to seeing you at home,” said Thomas Morgan, director of venue and event delivery at 66 Portland Place. “This has always been a special occasion and is even more moving as this year marks one of the final events before the temporary two-year closure of the multi-million-pound modernization programme.”
Graham Hill, director of competition and event, added: “66 Portland Place is the perfect venue for the Event Photography Awards and we are extremely grateful to Thomas and his team for organizing the events over the past three years.”
