An experiential marketing agency, Tro was recently chosen by BYD (building dreams) and led the launch of its latest model, the Sealion 7, into the UK market.

The SEALION 7 launch event, held at Milton Keynes Stadium from March 19-21, brought together automotive and lifestyle media, influencers, fleets, retail stakeholders, and the public to experience the first time a new all-electric SUV represents a key step in the brand’s growing ambitions in Europe.

Guests received a unique and immersive introduction from the Cerion 7, followed by a series of technology experiences that enable the brand, vehicle and its innovative engineering.

Participants will be able to explore the “dream history,” delve into BYD’s “Dream City” vision through interactive installations, learn more about the company’s industry-leading battery technology, and experience the Serion 7 performance through a guided test drive.

“We’re excited to see the future of our efforts,” said Rob O’Siochain, growth director at Tro.

He added: “Although it is a relatively new brand for some consumers, BYD’s rich legacy in automotive technology is perfectly in line with Tro’s well-known marketing and event capabilities in this sector.
