The event’s business has announced a lineup of figures for politicians, policymakers and industry for its signature Global Policy Forum.

RX Global is sponsoring this year’s forum, which will be held at IET Venues Savoy Place on April 1st.

The forum aims to drive the growth of the UK’s business events economy. It features MP Chairperson Shawn Davis, MP for the All-Party Congress Group for the Event, DAME Caroline Dinage DBE Chairman of the Culture, Media and Sports Select Committee, and key speakers from Daniel Finkelstein, who shares insights into the political and economic landscape.

The forum will also be hosted by reporter and broadcaster Trish Lynch and will also feature ICCA CEO Senthil Gopin, who speaks about the economic impact of business events and PCMA chair Neil Brownlee, where ICCA CEO talks about policy-driven strategies.

Kelly Prince of RX Global UK MD discusses opportunities in the UK and exhibition sector, but a session moderated by Paul Black from Visitbritain explores the evolving role of convention brays.

Mickael Benaim of SFA Connect will look at how destinations are adapting to economic and political changes before his closing keynote address from Dame Caroline Dinenage DBE MP.

“We’ve been working hard to get into the business of our event,” said Mike Fletcher, director of business news and content for the event. “Tboe’s main event this year, the Global Policy Forum, is becoming a must-see event for senior business event professionals.”

The Global Policy Forum is an invitation-only event, but representatives can register their interests to participate here. The program can be viewed here.
