Bray Leino Events, an international brand experience agency, is planning to celebrate British culture at Expo 2025, which will be held in Osaka, Japan from April 13th.

Responsible for the full operational services of the UK Pavilion, the Brayreino event manages and provides all aspects of the UK Pavilion’s live schedule event, food and drink offerings, staffing and retail experience, bringing the UK’s iconic brand to the 28 million people expected to visit the exposite over the next six months.

Designed by British architect Woo to reflect the theme of the British exposition “Come Build the Future,” the UK pavilion blends heritage with cutting-edge designs and features a unique storytelling experience by experience expert Immersive International.

A bilingual team with Bray Leino events in cooperation with Osaka-based Beyond Limits will guide visitors and manage every aspect of the pavilion, from retail and catering to events, marketing and customer service.

Bray Leino Events has partnered with Living Hospitality, part of Mosimann’s Group, to offer an obvious British culinary experience at a British pavilion featuring classics such as Fish and Chips and Afternofe Tea.

Complementing this, the partnership with Diageo will deliver Johnnie Walkerbar, offering curated drink menus and mixology activations with brands such as Gusbourne English Sparkling Wine, while retail spaces showcase Union flag umbrellas and Paddington Bear Merchandise for the Uk expo Masconts, Pix and iconic British products.

Over the course of six months at Expo 2025 Osaka, the UK pavilion will provide a packed schedule of events and activations, showcasing heritage and contemporary culture, innovation and achievements, and celebrate the rich history of UK-Japan partnerships and collaborations.

The highlight of the event’s programme is the UK National Day on May 22nd, featuring celebrations of British culture.

“We’ve been working hard to get the most out of our business,” said Luke Brown, Managing Director of Bray Leino Events. “We are enjoying the opportunity to represent the UK event in one of the world’s biggest stages. The programme is vast and we look forward to the opening of Expo to welcome the Japanese masses.

He added: “Along with the business and trade sector, with the support of our partners, we are ready to celebrate the UK pavilion for six months of everything that makes the UK great.”
