India-controlled Kashmiri soldiers have destroyed the homes of two men suspected of carrying out the most deadly attacks on civilians in conflict zones in nearly 20 years.

Police say the attackers are members of the Resistance Front (TRF), a faction of the Pakistan-based Rashkar-e-Tayba (let). Pakistan refuses the allegation.

Meanwhile, Indian security forces launched a huge manhunt for the person responsible for killing 26 men in Pahargam on Tuesday.

Authorities have released a request poster with sketches of three suspects: Adir Hussein Talkar, suspected Kashmir rebellion, two Pakistani citizens identified as Alibi and Hashim Musa. They are also looking for Asif Sheikh, suspected of rebels.

The two rebel families were also detained for questioning after the attack, police officers and their relatives said.

Sheikh’s sister Yasumina said soldiers drove out of areas around a house in the southern part of Kashmir late Thursday night.

“A soldier has climbed the mud composite wall in our house,” Yasumina said.

“After a while, a huge, terrifying explosion took over the house. Everything inside was destroyed,” she said.

Officers said the soldiers destroyed the family homes of Talker in the adjacent Bizibehara area in the same way early Friday.

“both [suspected rebels] The officers have been active for 3-4 years, and are part of the TRF and part of the TRF.

“They want extremists [rebels] It is also involved in previous attacks on security forces,” the officer added.

Police also provided a prize of Rs 2 million ($23,500) for information that led to the arrest of each man.
