Bruno Fernandez scored twice in the first half in Bilbao as a Man UTD seal game.

The three goals in the first half were Manchester United to become Cusp in the Europa League final, with the Premier League winning the 3-0 semi-final first parliament at Athletic Bilbao.

In the atmosphere of turbulent Sunmeme on Thursday, supporters dreaming of Europe’s first trophy, veteran midfielder Casemiro arrived at the back post and gave visitors a 30-minute lead.

United, who is having a disastrous season at the country, was given another boost five minutes later, with Bilbao defender Daniel Vivian sent for Rasmus Hozilund’s fouling in the penalty area, and Bruno Fernandez changed the resulting spot kick.

Top-tier United fans became a Dreamland moment as Captain Fernandez raced to lead Seal to victory before intervals, and perhaps to a tie.

Adding an incentive for the Finals to be hosted in their own stadium on May 21, Bilbao was unable to gather responses with numbers that were exhausted in the second half, leaving United’s most unlikely first leg success.

“Of course, winning here, scoring three goals and scoring on a clean sheet is a great start,” United defender Harry Maguire told TNT Sports.

“All the pressure will be on us. Everyone expects to pass. We need to prepare properly, and we will give ourselves a great opportunity.

“It’s a foot in the final, but that’s not done.”

The Europa League is a somewhat safe haven for United this sequential, and we can forget the fact that they are on the course for the worst Premier League points of the sequential.

United traveled to Bilbao as the only undefeated team in the European competition, but faced their toughest challenges as Bilbao sits fourth in Lariga and has the most despicable defense in the division.

Bilbao players will eliminate crowd energy early and have a better first chance. Inaki Williams scored from a close range header, and Victor Lindelof came to the line to rescue United on a timely block.

However, Casemiro arrives at Queue to swing momentum in court by United’s favor. Norwegian judge Espan Esca, after consulting with the pitchside monitor, decided that Vivian denied Hozilund’s opportunity to achieve a clear goal, branded the red card and pointed to the spot.

Bruno Fernandez’s calm and calmness made him calm and go home despite hist that slits the ears from the jarring crowd. The whistle barely disappeared when United skipper competed for Manuel Ugarte’s flick and added a third to hold the game.

To highlight the contrast between United’s domestic and continental campaigns, they scored more goals in seven Europa League matches in 2025 than in 15 Premier League matches this year.

They also won more games in the Europa League since Reuben Amorim took over coaching than he has in the Premier League.

Casemiro could have even added a fourth, but I saw his second half header coming out of the post.

But the work is done. United’s success meant that 133 teams won the first leg of tie in the UEFA Cup or Europa League knockout stage with three or more goals from their home, with all 133 winning tie.
