Strive Events Agency has appointed three new team members as part of its growing season.

Leyla Baxman will be taking part as community manager and focuses on building a brand of Strive behind the scenes content across LinkedIn, Instagram and the wider world of events.

Baxman brings her previous experience as a social media manager for a marketing agency and is passionate about creating supportive online spaces for people to approach first.

Beth Spacey will be participating as a growth manager and focuses on introducing new clients to Strtive. She focuses on strategic business development.

Previous to Spacey, I worked as a sales and marketing executive at EMC3. There, we gained insight into how large agencies operate and operate.

Spacey said: “To join a vibrant, burgeoning agency that strives to tackle is a very exciting new chapter for all of us. Personally, I can’t wait to share the incredible work we are doing with both new and long-term clients.”

Kylie Monson will be participating as an event marketing intern to support a wide range of tasks, but mainly supports event producers with venue procurement, supplier citations and hands-on event support.

She took part in the effort while earning her master’s degree. Before that, she worked as a wedding coordinator for five years at a corporate event management agency over the weekend.
