Sterling Event Group, a high-tech event production company, has announced a significant expansion of its facility, an enhanced specialized team, investments in the latest production technologies, and a new brand identity.
This strategic expansion highlights the company’s ambition to be an industry partner and a select employer.
Sterling is currently expanding its ability to support domestic and international growth with its 25 years of experience providing high-end production for corporate, private, public sector and live entertainment events.
Sterling’s move to a new 102,000-square-foot warehouse at Icon Business Park in Manchester will more than double the existing capacity. This site has a comprehensive inventory of professional production technologies serviced and maintained by Sterling’s in-house team due to the deployment of the entire client event, and dry employment clauses.
With 16 loading bays, upgraded workshops and equipment tracking, the facility will increase operational efficiency and enable Sterling to support complex, multi-site events of all sizes, both in the UK and internationally.
The icon site also includes advanced machines for custom staging and creative set builds, as well as pre-implementation and showcase spaces where clients can preview and refine the event experience.
“The transition to large facilities is more than just expanding the universe. It’s about creating a collaboration hub where our teams, clients and technology partners can come together to further strengthen relationships across the event industry.” “To meet the evolving needs of venues, agents and clients, we need to understand the specific requirements for successful event delivery. This allows Sterling to deploy technical and creative solutions to deliver even more ambitious and innovative events.”
Complementing the expansion is a new brand identity, including updated logos and websites. The brand captures the company’s evolution from trusted regional suppliers to full-service domestic and international production partners.
“Sterling’s new identity is a statement of intent,” concludes Borden. “In spite of tough times for the events sector, we have built up 25 years of excellence. We are a team that brings exceptional, strong relationships, commitment to excellence, and passion and professionalism to every project. Now is the perfect moment to build that momentum and provide it to a wider market.”
