Cristiano Ronaldo may have played his final game for Al Nassl after a social media post-signal came out of the Saudi Arabian club.

Cristiano Ronaldo showed that he could leave Al Nasr after declaring that “the chapter is over” after the Saudi Arabian professional league ended.

“This chapter is over,” Ronaldo wrote on social media late Monday at the accommodation.

“The story? It’s still written. I’m grateful to everyone.”

The 40-year-old Portuguese forward will join Al Nasr from Manchester United in 2022, and his contract with the Saudi Arabian club will end this summer.

A special transfer window will be held from June 1st to 10th so that 32 clubs involved in the FIFA Club World Cup can sign players.

Unlike his fellow Saudi Arabian Al Hilal, Al Nasr, did not qualify for the Club World Cup.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino said last week that there was “controversy” in which former United, Real Madrid, Juventus and sports’ Lisbon superstars will perform at the US expansion tournament starting June 14th.

Al Nassl lost to Japan’s Kawasaki Main in the Asian Champions League semi-finals last month, finishing third in the Saudi Arabian professional league.

Ronaldo was the top goal scorer in 24 leagues.

Last year, the five Ballon d’Or winner said he could end his career with Al Nasr.

Ronaldo’s great rival Lionel Messi will play in Intermiami and the Club World Cup.

In a recent interview with YouTuber and Streamer’s Ishowspeed, Infantino said:

“There’s discussion with some clubs, so if the clubs are looking and interested in hiring Ronaldo for the Club World Cup… who knows?”
