Beam, an association of business events, accommodation and conference departments, has opened registered speakers for the 2025 Forum, which will be held at Novotel London West from July 3rd to 4th.

This year’s annual forum explores “Relationship 2.0 – The throbbing of hospitality and human connection.” This is a theme that highlights what drives the industry: credibility, trust, integrity and courage.

The event will be held by Jack Rankin, Windsor’s MP and the executive of the event’s APPG. They share insights into the importance of the event industry to the UK economy and its broad social and cultural impact. His welcoming address highlights the role of the sector in promoting business, inclusion, tourism and innovation.

Marianna Saraceni, the keynote speaker at the opening of the forum, will be holding a session on “Happiness Conding Your Happiness – Why Human Connection Is Important.” In a background in leadership development and happiness, Saraseni explores how relationships shape their influence as leaders and professionals.

In addition to the keynote speech, the agenda features outstanding speakers, including Helen Packham, a coach and leadership strategist for TEDX speakers.

Economist John Roland provides a clear and practical outlook on the changing economic situation and helps attendees think strategically about what the sector will do next. The program also includes panels of experts, breakout sessions and closed sessions designed to make participants more connected, more human and inspirational.

One of the breakout sessions was guided by a well-known international speaker and author, Nigel Listener, and the session is entitled “How to communicate like an effective Zookeeper.”

Risner shares real-world stories that challenge traditional thinking and empower participants to guide courage and credibility.

A special keynote session will be held on the final day. This will be the speakers to be announced in the coming weeks. This finale promises to close the forum with strong inspiration.

Beam Chairman Louisa Watson said: “This year’s forum is going to be really special. We took a fresh and sincere approach to the subject, knowing that technology and strategy aren’t the only things that drive real change in our industry.”

She added: “The energy, insights and emotions packed into these two days are different from the rest of the calendar. I’m very excited about what’s in the store, so if you’re going to attend one event this year, make this.”

The forum also includes a networking celebration for the evening in Havana on the evening of July 3rd, featuring live music, street food and dancing under the stars.

Early Bird Registration is open until May 30, 2025, and members can reserve their own location here.
