The Honorable Artillery Corps (HAC) is planning to welcome the standard chartered Great City race on Tuesday, July 22nd, 2025.

This long-standing partnership reflects our shared commitment to community, charitable impact, and strong environmental, social and governance (ESG) values.

Since its inception, Great City Race has attracted thousands of corporate runners for the 5K challenge through London’s historic streets.

Again, the race begins and ends within the vast grounds of HAC, providing unusual green spaces in the city centre and an exciting environment for collective action and celebrations.

This year’s event will once again support FutureMakers by Standard Chartered, a global initiative aimed at tackling inequality and promoting economic inclusion for underprivileged youth.

Over the years, the partnership between Standard Chartered and HAC has helped to amplify the impact of the initiative, while simultaneously encouraging friendship, happiness and charity throughout the business community. Over £14 million has been raised so far.

“It’s truly a privilege to partner with Standard Charter over the years and we’re proud to be able to support the incredible work being done through the FutureMakers initiative,” said Sarah McQueen, director of catering and events at HAC.

A proud supporter of charity, HAC looks forward to opening its grounds once again to welcome the thousands of runners, supporters and volunteers who promise to be the most memorable and impactful edition of all time.
