BS Arena (Coventry Building Society Arena) has announced “The Curve,” a new multifunctional space for meetings and medium-sized exhibitions, with the capabilities of up to 350 representatives.
With 573 exhibitions, large meetings, small meetings, award events and gala dinners in 2024, the venue saw a 48% increase in the number of large meetings held and a new business of £2.8 million through the door.
“We’ve seen a lot of effort into making our products a reality,” said Jenni Ford, Director of Sales and Marketing at Coventry Building Society Arena. “Last year, I experienced an increase in inquiries and new business, reflecting new confidence in the market that encouraged investment in this new space.”
The Arena also made the strategic decision to invest in creating a “curve” to support high demand, with a 50% increase in research levels compared to 2023.
Transformed from office areas and with a unique curved design, the space features reception areas, breakout areas, meeting spaces, event organizers and dedicated catering for representatives.
“The Curve” is now available for reservations by event organizers and has already been pre-booked for five events.
The arena has more than 20,000 square meters of flexible event space and can host meetings from 10-7,000 representatives. The venue has 2,200 on-site parking spaces, with 75% of the UK population within a two-hour drive.
