The White House Correspondents Association says it will move “tears” during the independence of the US Free Press.
The White House said journalists and media organizations that can join the press pool covering President Donald Trump’s administration will decide whether critics will decide to dismiss it as an attack on press freedom.

At the same rally, Trump was also torn by the Associated Press amid continuing conflict over a policy that would not use the term “American Gulf,” a new name the president gave to the Gulf of Mexico.
In mid-February, the Trump administration banned Associated Press reporters from White House events for several consecutive days, and accused the “lie” of refusing to use “the US Gulf” alone.
“The AP is terrible. I think they’re radical left. I think they’re reporters on the third rate,” Trump said Tuesday.
“I know that person, a certain young woman who works on the account, is terrible. As far as I’m concerned, she’s a radical left-madman,” he added.
On Monday, US District Judge Trevor Ng McFadden will instantly restore Associated Press access to presidential cases, including the elliptical office and the Air Force, where Trump holds regular quality sessions. He refused to order the White House.
McFadden said the issue needs further investigation before it reaches the verdict.
He had scheduled an additional hearing on March 30th. During that time, the ban continues.
