At just 15 years old, Laura Rosinska lived in a temporary accommodation, navigating life alone, sliding through cracks in a broken system. What she lacked in stability was made up with determination – a trait that ultimately promotes her rise from survival mode to CEO. Fast forward to today, she is at the helm of an event executive. This is a £2.5 million luxury event powerhouse known for accessing the most exclusive experiences on the planet.
Now, as the company celebrates its 10th anniversary, Losinzuka is not only celebrating its decade of business, but is also redefining what corporate hospitality will look like in a post-pandemic world. Her latest move? A groundbreaking partnership with The Landscape, curator of high-end corporate wellness retreats.
It is a perfect moment for an entrepreneur who has overcome adversity, embraced the nerve product as a superpower, and emerged as a passionate advocate for the first time experience of those with purpose.
Building a business from adversity
Rosinzuka got off to a difficult start in her life, grew up in an unfortunate family, and struggled at school. She often asked her mother to send her to boarding school, but as a low-income family, that was simply impossible. She recalls: “So I stayed and struggled. I couldn’t concentrate, I couldn’t regulate my emotions. ADHD was not very recognized at the time.
She left home at age 15 without qualifications, stayed on the couch, earned a job at a 16-year-old call center, and sold double glazing. She said: “It sounds terrible, but I loved it. I thrived in that fast-paced environment. I loved talking to people and all the dopamine craved my ADHD brain.” This early success sparked a long-term career in sales. After leaving her daughter Louise at the age of 25, she joined Goodwood Estate. Goodwood Estate has major events such as the Speed Festival and the glorious Goodwood. Starting sales and operations, she went on to become head of event hospitality. She said, “I thrived because I can handle both sales and operations, which are very rare in our industry. I think that dual ability is part of my neurological capabilities. It’s a superpower.”

Eight years after Goodwood, Rosinska found the opportunity to attack himself. She said: “I have developed amazing relationships with agents and clients and I have noticed Goodwood is making a lot of money. I think, ‘I can do this.’ “By registering the company with a £50 loan from her father, she founded authentic technology in 2015.
The early difficulties Rosinska faced were what drove her to succeed today. She says. “If someone says to me, ‘There’s no way you can do that,’ I’ll go and do it. It first drove me. It was like, “Look at what I can.”
Today, event executives (basically real technology) have opened their niche into premium event spaces that specialize in hard-to-access tickets and VIP experiences. With its huge global network and reputation built entirely through word of mouth, the company is now a hospitality partner for top tier events such as Taylor Swift’s global tour and Wimbledon. She said: “Nearly ten years later, we weathered Covid and everything that comes with it. Now we’re a £2.5 million business. That’s amazing.”
Challenges and turning points:
Rosinzka describes his time at Goodwood as a major turning point. Surrounded by a collaborative team, she is deeply passionate about her work, and she has laid the foundation for her future as a business owner.
However, when she launched the event executive, the reality of entrepreneurship hit hard. She said: “The biggest challenge was the loneliness of doing business on your own, especially as a single mom. I knew I had the ability. It must happen if I go for something. It’s non-negotiable. But it’s a really lonely place.

For the first eight years, Rosinska only hired his first employee two years ago, running the business entirely on his own. “It was just me, I was juggling everything. Mum, the founder, the operator,” she says. “I confused a lot of it, but I came out the other side with 10 years of experience and an incredible network.”
Rosinzuka’s advice for women starting from scratch is to prioritize daily self-care practices and surround yourself with inspiring people. Confidence begins and collaboration is important.
One of Rosinzuka’s most proud moments was securing a one-year contract with a Rolls-Royce motorcar — along with all models’ test drives — but she says it’s heartfelt client feedback, including helping her grandmother take her granddaughter to Taylor Swift. Now she’s about to pay it forward. “It’s about giving back,” she says. “If anyone had me, I would be happy to teach them in an honest and genuine way, because I didn’t feel that such support was available to me.”

She said: “It’s real. I’m totally different from 10 years ago. I’ve done a lot of self-professions in the wellness field.
Looking ahead, Rossicukuna hopes her daughter will take over the baton and continue to grow her team, especially in wellness.
