SpeakerStacks has launched a new software platform designed to allow business speakers to collect leads from event audiences in a GDPR-compliant way.
The release is timed to match the SXSW London 2025.
This platform allows users to create custom branded landing pages that can be accessed via QR codes, allowing participants to opt in during or immediately after notification. Features include data capture forms with consent tools, CRM integration, automated follow-up messages, and basic reports on engagement and conversions.
SpeakerStacks was developed to address the lack of participant data available to speakers in business events. Speakers often do not receive access to delegated lists due to data protection regulations, and many rely on informal or manual methods such as business cards, spreadsheets, and QR code links without data management support.
SpeakerStacks was created by Adam Parry, co-founder of Event Industry News and Events Tech Live. He has now worked in the events technology sector for over 10 years.
Adam Parry, founder of SpeakerStacks, explained: “Whether you’re a founder, sales leader, consultant, CMO, or evangelist, if you create demand for an event or capture prospects from your audience, most event organizers cannot legally pass on attendance data.
“SpeakerStacks will turn your talk into a lead gen magnet. We will ensure that your audience will turn into a pipeline with real-time QR code-driven landing pages, CRM integration and follow-up automation,” Parry added.
