Elevate, a mentoring program for event experts, held its annual kick-off event in London on March 27th and launched its 2025 program.

The event, held at Shoreditch’s Protein Studio, welcomed 250 guests from across the event industry and celebrated the start of the Elevate’s 10th anniversary.

Elevate also featured program partners for 2025: CVENT, Jack Morton, Live Union, Powwow, Protein Studios, PSP, The Production Department and We Are Collider.

Its supporters include Trivandi, Tro, Xquisite Productions, ABPCO, EMC3, Event Decision and more.

Elevate, led by industry pioneers Melissa Noakes, Max Fellow and Peter Carwood, is completely free to join. This has a single core purpose: to inspire, inform and empower professionals within the event sector.

Noakis said: “We can’t wait to see the relationships that have been formed, from alumni to senior career experts, and the mentoring journey that unfolds next year.”

The program has more than doubled in size over the past two years.

In 2025, a record cohort of nearly 600 participants coincided and represent 265 different businesses.

Collectively, Elevate’s mentors bring over 3,545 years of industry experience. EMEA and APAC, applicants from 15 North American countries, continue to grow their global reach.

Carwood added: “The elevator community continues to guide some of the most brilliant, kind, generous and inspiring minds in the industry. Our kick-off event perfectly reflected that. The atmosphere was absolutely electric!”
