Headed by managing director Simon Hinesworth, Corporate Events and Sporting Events (CSE) celebrated the victory at the Central England Prestige Awards, which was named Event Management Company of the Year.

CSE was founded in 1991 with a clear purpose. Become a leader in providing world-class logistics and management solutions for events in the UK, Europe and internationally.

Founded by event logistics specialist Simon Hinesworth, CSE manages over 750 companies and sporting events.

Hainsworth said: “The judges chose us because of their commitment to clients, attention to detail and recognition of their global reach across the major international sports federations. We stand out from other event management companies because of our experienced teams and honorable profiles of our clients.”

From the Olympics to national and international athletics, hockey, tennis, gymnastics and taekwondo competitions, the CSE team arranges everything from hotels to team transport.

CSE calendars have already been embedded for over 2025 thanks to partnerships such as the London Diamond League Athletics Event and UCI (Union Cyclists International).

Additionally, the team will continue working at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games and European Athletics Championships scheduled for the summer of 2026.

Hainsworth said: “We take care of all the truck events around the world at UCI Cycling. We make site visits before the event to ensure the highest level of service. While there, we have selected the most appropriate hotels, planned transportation, and are working with the airport and venue.”

Among the longest-running partnerships in CSE are UKA and UK track and field partnerships dating back to 1991.

Hainsworth said: “This partnership has been developing over the years and is extended to sharing the same office location and providing additional support for both team travel and major events.”

Hinesworth has further identified the most important challenge for the next five years, including limited government funding for major events and potential risks posed by global conflict.

He states: “CSE will rise to these challenges by working closely with our partners, understanding where the market will develop and ensuring that CSE remains at the forefront of our planning.”
