XSEM, co-founder of an independent brand engagement agency, has been appointed to the meeting needs committee.

Meeting Needs are foundations that award life-changing grants to small charities with funds raised from within the conference and event industry.

XSEM has long-standing partnerships with meeting needs, and this appointment formalizes it.

“We’re looking forward to seeing you in the future,” said Dan Bardgett, co-founder of XSEM. “The meeting needs have been able to continue to lead that mission for people operating in our industry as an incredible means to get back something,” he said, “hoping that we can continue to lead that mission into the future for them.”

“Our mission at XSEM is to make people happy. Whether it’s our clients, our customers, our team, or the community around us, making people happy is tailored to the needs purpose of our needs.

More recently, meeting needs have helped fund Aldershot’s community program, which will help feed 80 families locally over the next six months. At the same time, to improve the school’s facilities, they made a significant contribution to Malawi schools, where 98% of their students are orphans.

Founded in 2003 as a charity, the conference needed to restructure its operations as a foundation two years ago, better reflecting and enabling the selected support of various charities, causes and community projects.
