Trinity Bridge, a sector specialist executive search company, has appointed Stephanie Watzek as managing director for Germany, helping to continue growth in Central Europe.
Launched by Sam Saegler in 2022, Trinity Bridge was inspired by Siegler’s vision to build a world-class executive search company focused on providing deep-rooted sector knowledge and outstanding client services and candidate experience.
After continuing to grow by 60% over the past 12 months alone, Trinity Bridge has firmly established its niche in its hospitality, travel and leisure sector, and is currently opening a second office in Germany to strengthen its presence in Europe.
With almost 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Watzek will be taking part in the business from June 2, 2025, with almost 15 years of experience, and will lead a new Berlin-based office as managing director.
Before working in Executive Search, Watzek played an operational and revenue management role at Kempinski Hotels, where he joined LHC International’s Trinity Bridge to help appoint senior leaders in the real estate and hospitality sector.
