The Exclusive Collection has announced the appointment of People and Culture’s latest group director.
Sarah Hewitt has reported to Managing Director Danny Pecorelli, who plays a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the corporate culture of exclusive collections.
Hewitt brought extensive experience from his previous role at International Aviation Group (IAG) and led the development and implementation of people and cultural strategies for a global business services operating company.
Her duties included talent acquisition, reward, learning and development, engagement, diversity and inclusion, happiness, and HR operations. Her career spans the role of senior HR across the global organization in technology, healthcare, banking and manufacturing.
As a key member of the executive team, Hewitt defends opportunities, developments, and benefits that reflect the high-performance culture of exclusive collections.

The exclusive collection is a family-run collection of country house hotels, spas, golf, culinary schools and pubs, founded in 1981.
