Blenheim Palace and Pye Homes announced they have reached 95% of their 10-year target of training more than 100 new apprentices by the end of 2027.
Throughout the various businesses of Palaces, Real Estate and Property – Blenheim has already completed 63 apprentices since 2017, and currently has 32 apprentices, with a range of departments including architecture, architecture, finance, construction and more. I work in the field.
The Blenheim apprentice plays an integral role in a wide range of large-scale projects, including the £12 million roof restoration that began last month.
This year, Blenheim Estate Homes and Pye Homes welcomed new apprentices to the team and learned a variety of transactions, from brick construction to carpentry and plumbing.
The current apprentices are:
Aimee Akinola: (Level 4 Project Manager)
Rob Fairfield (Level 5 Operations/Department Manager)
Megan Johnston (Level 7 ACCA Finance)
Tiff Hickman (Level 5 CIPD Learning and Development)
Ruby Garrett (Level 2 Retail Manager)
Young people will follow the 24-month Blenheim Estate apprentice program. We hope this will not only equip you with valuable skills, but will lead to full-time employment at Oxfordshire House Builders.
