National Gallery has unveiled a collection of event packages designed to promote business success through the power of inspiration and mindfulness found in art.
A recent survey conducted by the Gallery found that 43% of respondents believe that mindfulness enhances ROI by improving focus and retention. Meanwhile, a charity study revealed that 93% of British people view creativity as essential to their well-being.
These findings echoed at a recent roundtable hosted by a gallery, where 10 industry experts explored the role of mindfulness and inspiration in business events.
Rooted in four key pillars of creativity, mindfulness, enrichment and connection, each package includes a Taylormade guided tour by art historians who represent artworks that resonate directly with selected themes.
The Creativity Package takes participants on an after-hours tour highlighting the work of well-known artists such as Van Gogh and Turner.
The Mindfulness Package offers guided meditations within the gallery. Representatives are immersed in the stories, colors and emotions of selected paintings, encouraging a sense of mindfulness and calmness.
The enriched packages recommended for conferences will represent art history journeys to bring the painting to life, while the connection packages will be tailored to networking events and away dates, encouraging collaboration by exploring selected artwork through interactive discussions.
“These packages take into account the central goals of all events held at the National Gallery and exclude the Foundation to provide an environment for providing delegation through its iconic art collection,” said Claire Arrouch, head of Hospitality & Events at the National Gallery.
Inspiration packages for the event are available after May 10th, 2025.
