Silver Spring, US Spring, June 4, 2025, Cybernaise Sweep
Workload Identity and Access Management (IAM) company Aembit today announced that it will be included in Cyber 2025 Rising, an independent list launched by notable capital, to highlight the 30 most promising cybersecurity startups that will shape the future of security.
Unlike traditional rankings, cyber rise in 2025 was selected through a multi-stage process based on actual verification. The leading cybersecurity ventures submitted nominations, with nearly 150 top information security officers (CISOs) and senior security executives voting on the final list, highlighting the companies that solve the most urgent challenges faced by security teams today.
Aembit has been selected as the Workload IAM platform. This is a solution that provides measurable value to security teams navigating today’s complex threat landscape.
As of May 2025, the company has joined a cohort that has attracted over $7.8 billion according to Pitchbook, defining the next era of cybersecurity in key areas such as identity, application security, agent AI and security operations.
“The demand for cybersecurity innovation has never been stronger. We are witnessing the shift from reactive defense to aggressive intelligence-driven operations as the underlying technology evolves and agent AI re-changes everything from threat detection to team workflows. “What makes this list special is its reflection of real-world validation. The honor was chosen by CISOS, who faces these challenges every day. We congratulate this year on cyber companies for building the solutions that modern security leaders really want and need.”
In celebration, the winners will be recognized today along with top security leaders and investors on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
“We’re committed to providing a range of services to our customers,” said David Goldschlag, co-founder and CEO of AEMBit. “We believe that protecting nonhuman identities is one of the most urgent challenges in cybersecurity. This verification reflects the growing need to ensure access between users as well as workloads such as AI agents and applications.”
Aembit’s inclusion in Cyber 2025’s rise was named a finalist for the 2024 RSA Innovation Sandbox and was named Sinet16 in 2024, securing $25 million last September to promote $25 million in September last year. Fortune 500 Enterprises is increasingly turning to Aembit to move beyond Secret Managers and enforce policy-based access between workloads across cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
