A live event and experience agency, TRO has launched Now & NXT, an initiative designed to infuse the institution’s operations with diverse thinking while enhancing the decision-making process and fostering future leaders.
Through regular workshops and away days, Now & NXT boards ensure continuous dialogue with senior leaders and promote a culture of inclusiveness and continuous improvement.
Team members refresh each year to ensure that the Now & NXT board is dynamic and reflects diverse insights.
Following the internal application process, six Troers were appointed: Andrew Brown, Alice Holden Brown, Itsyrix, Bryce Grieve, Ben Meden and Louisa Daily.
These newly appointed members work closely to support our senior leadership teams by providing a fresh perspective and challenging the status quo to promote innovation and growth within the agency.
