First Travel Solutions (FTS), a UK provider of fully managed ground transportation, has announced the appointment of Nic Ryder as head of business development.
Riders continue to expand their footprint across the managed transport, meeting and event sectors, bringing extensive experience in commercial partnerships and customer-driven growth strategies to their businesses.
Riders will join FTS from The Kids and Day, a digital platform that helps families plan an unforgettable experience leading their membership teams. Prior to that, she played a senior role on the Virgin Train and the Avanti West Coast, overseeing major commercial partnerships and building innovative solutions in the rail and travel spaces.
Rider expertise and customer engagement experience support the FTS’ mission of driving business growth, building partnerships and serving more than 1 million passengers a year.
